Brainstorming notes.
I wanted to go for more of an ancient tribal African-based Civilization, with bright, vibrant colors and the beautiful dark skin. Adding stripes and white tattoos.

With these thumbnails I wanted to convey that these could have been actual people, basing them in reality and not fantasy.
