Holding On

The initial idea for this piece was to create the feeling of euphoria, visualized by a figure in front of a swirling glow evocative of a black hole. The figure is anchored in the black hole's corona, HOLDING ON and allowing her to momentarily become one with the all consuming blaze. Her eyes show the black hole, her skin and surroundings become immersed in the momentary flare of the euphoric.
